Just Jump! is a family owned and operated full service party rental company with many different options. We have many moonwalk/bounce house options, inflatable combos, slides, obstacle courses, games as well as concessions, tables, tents, chairs and kwik cover table cloths! We offer exceptional service and care for every party or event with high quality products. We pay attention to every detail both big and small!

What can you expect on the day of the event?

 We will contact you the day before your event to confirm our route and your delivery time as well as do a weather check.In some cases we may ask to deliver the day before or pick up the day after.  The day of your event we will confirm we are on route to your location and give you an estimated time of arrival. When we arrive we will check in to see where you would like us to place the bounce house or items and coordinate that with where your nearest outlet is located then our team will get to work setting up! Once set up we will ensure the unit is properly cleaned and secure for jumping fun all day long. We will then go over any rules and/or instructions then  again confirm with you the pick up time and details, we will ask for a signature and final payment.(If that hasn’t been made yet) For tents, tables and chairs we generally drop off a day or two before your event to ensure you have adequate time to set up, we will confirm a set up day and time with you about a week prior to your event.

When can we start setting up at your event?

 We ask for an hour before your event however depending on our route we may need to set up earlier. If that is the case, we will communicate that with you and confirm that it will work in your schedule as well. As long as all papers are signed and final payment is made you do not need to be present for set up. We will just need to know the desired location for the moonwalk or tent and what outlet is to be used. For tents, tables and chairs we generally set up a day or two before your event to allow adequate time for you to set up, we will confirm set up with you about a week before your event.

Where do we provide service to?

We provide services to western WI and eastern MN. This includes but is not limited to Somerset, New Richmond, Star Prairie, Amery, Osceola, St. Croix Falls, Rice Lake, Centuria, Milltown, Luck, Clayton, Balsam Lake, River Falls, Hudson, Ellsworth, Prescott, Roberts, Turtle Lake, Dresser, Clear Lake, Glenwood City, Spring Valley, and Baldwin in WI. In MN Bayport, Marine on St Croix, Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, Afton, Scandia, Lindstrom, Taylors Falls, Woodbury, Oakdale, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo, Minneapolis and St. Paul.
