Extra info to know:
- *Our tents require 3 foot stakes to keep them secured; therefore grass works best but we can also place tents on gravel. We do not place any tents on concrete or asphalt.
- *You must call to have utilities marked 4 days in advance of set up by calling diggers hotline; Wisconsin customers call 811 or (800)242-2511 and in Minnesota (651)454-0002. This ensures the safety of our employees; tents will not be put up without it. This is a free service.
- *When measuring your space for tents please allow for 8 additional feet in both length and width of the chosen tent size.
- *Set up and take down of tables and chairs is the customers responsibility as we dont know your vision or plan for your event. Please have all tables and chairs stacked the same way we leave them, Thank you!
- *Worried about having someone sit and monitor each unit? Leave that up to us, you can hire attendants by the hour so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the party while kids are being monitored. Adult supervision is required at all times!!
- *Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and neither can you! Therefore bounce house rentals that cannot be moved indoors will be cancelled for the day at no charge due to inclement weather. This will be due to thunderstorms, high winds and pouring rain. A slight mist and it’s going to clear up, we will still set up but ask that you keep the unit running. Weather decisions can be made the day before or we can also wait till the day of to make the final call however it will be a joint decision between us and you to be sure the safety of everyone and the best outcome for the bounce house as soaking bounce house can lead to mold and mildew which isn’t good for anyone!
- *We do not allow tents or inflatables to be picked up as these things need to be set up and secured by our trained staff to ensure it is done properly for the safety of everyone. These things also weigh 100’s of pounds and we want to be sure there are no injuries.
- *Everything will be delivered clean and sanitized however we will pick up dirty. Leave the cleaning to us!! This also includes concession equipment.
- *Please do not use tape, especially duck tape on our tables. We offer kiwk-cover table covers to ensure the tables stay covered during your event.
Send us your information anytime, day time, night time, week days or weekends and we will get back to you as soon as possible! We provide services all year around. Tents can be rented from May until around the first weekend in October, depending on weather. Tables and chairs can be rented all year round as well as indoor bounce houses, inflatable combos, slides, obstacles courses, games and concession equipment. Outdoor fun runs from about the end of April to the first weekend of October depending on weather. All outdoor events are weather dependent, tents should not be used during severe weather but are a great protection from rain and sun. Inflatables cannot be used during high winds, pouring rain or thunderstorms. If moving the inflatables indoors is not an option we may have to cancel for days with extreme weather.
- *Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and dirt. We cannot set up on rocks of any kind as this will damage the unit.
Our warehouse is out of Somerset, WI. Our mailing address is 133 S Roosevelt St, Saint Croix Falls, WI 54024. We service Western WI and Eastern MN. This includes but is not limited to Somerset, New Richmond, Star Prairie, Amery, Osceola,Centuria, Luck, Clayton, Rice Lake, Milltown, St. Croix Falls, Balsam Lake, River Falls, Hudson, Ellsworth, Prescott, Roberts, Turtle Lake, Dresser, Clear Lake, Glenwood City, Spring Valley, and Baldwin in WI. In MN Bayport, Marine on St Croix, Stillwater, Oak Park Heights, Afton, Scandia, Lindstrom, Taylors Falls, Woodbury, Oakdale, Mahtomedi, Lake Elmo,Lakeland, Minneapolis and St. Paul. If you’re willing to pay the delivery fee and we have availability we will deliver to you! We can set up in your own backyard, Parks, wedding venues or churches. Wherever your party is at! No electrical outlet, no worries we can provide generators to run all our equipment for a fee.
